Collection and processing of technical usage data

Matomo
This website uses the open source software Matomo, a web analysis service of InnoCraft Ltd. Matomo uses cookies that allow your use of the website to be analysed. The information about your use of this website collected by cookies (including your IP address) is only saved on the servers used to operate our website. The IP address is anonymised immediately, so it cannot be used to identify any specific person. We, S IMMO AG, use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activities for us and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. These data are not passed on to third parties.

Retention period
In principle, we only retain the data pertaining to you for as long as is necessary based on the purposes for which it is processed. We are also subject to legal retention obligations in some cases. Data subject rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data pertaining to you that we process.
